I am extremely pleased with Phia's performances. She helped me complete every important project I needed to do within my four day time limit. She can speak English very well. And she is very familiar with Haikou. Whenever I made a request, Phia located the business quickly which is important because we had so much to do. Phia also did an outstanding job whenever she represented me for a conversation or business transaction. Several times Phia saved me quite a bit of money by negotiating with the sales people. Every place we traveled to, Phia took time to explain many customs or business procedures and she was able to answer all of my questions quickly and efficiently.
