It gives me great pleasure to write on behalf of Esther, (Zheng-ling). This young woman is extremely well thought of among the groups of Americans I travel with to China each October. Mr. Demin Fan, who organizes our groups, works hard to find the right interpreters and guides for our groups, which includes highly placed professionals and elected officials.
Esther has made many friends among our groups. We all appreciate her professional and caring attitude for each of us. She has informed us with historical and cultural knowledge of her country but she has also impressed us with her ability to lead such a diverse group and keep us focused on what we need to learn while in her care.
For such a young woman to have these skills and be so forward thinking is a testament to the future of China. I strongly recommend that you add Esther ( Zheng-ling) to your organization. She will serve you well.
