    Hello, this is Ming. Thanks a lot for visiting my profile. I would love to give you a brief self-introduction:

    I'm very honest and trustworthy. This is an essential and vital quality for a professional interpreter. I'm grateful that I have it.

    I have a pretty pleasant personality and that's part of the reason that why I developed my strong communication and presentation skills. And the other reason is that I learn fast. I do think one of the creteria to measure one's life width is his/her continuous learning ability for the only thing that is constant is change.

    At the same time, I'm an extremely passionate person. I believe a person who has no passion can not survive in the hospitality industry. I always alert myself:"you can lose everything in life but you cant lose your passion".

    With a few years of internship and working experience in the MICE(Meeting,Incentive, Conference and Exhibition),Hospitality(Hotels and Golf Clubs) and Tourism Industry, my typical strength is in these fields. However,I'm also capable to help you in the manufacturing and engineering field.

    Part of translation,interpretation and business assistant working experiences are as fellow:

    1) From February 20th, 2012 to February 22th,2012 I worked as an interpreter and business assistant for Mamoon Obeid from Saudi Arabia to help him out during the 2012 China Signage and Lighting Show, Guangzhou. I was helping with the communication and making business contacts with the exhibitors.

    2) From February 13th, 2012 to February 17th, 2012 I worked as a business assitant for Harjinder Dhaliwal from Canada to visit some Chinese suppliers in the Lights&Lighting Industry. I rented a car with driver for him and arranged all the supplier visiting routes.

    3) From December 28th, 2011 to January 14th, 2012 I worked as a business assistant for Leo Angelo Marrero from Canada to oversee the production of electronic components,to purchase some of the missing raw materials from the local electronics market and help to handle the custom handbook for the product shipment.

    4) From November 14th, 2011 to November 16th, 2011 I worked as a tourguide and personal assistant for Mr. Youssef from Kuwait to help him sourcing products and show him around Guangzhou City.

    • Ming was a wonderful companion during my rather long business trip in Dongguan. We worked together to oversee the production of electronic goods and to purchase some of the missing raw materials from the local electronics market. Despite having no prior experience in this field she did a wonderful job interpreting in our conversations with engineers and logistics personnel. Her presence made it easier to understand the unforeseen issues that we encountered and also enabled us to mediate promptly and effectively.

      Ming has excellent English skills and is also an experienced traveler who has many stories to share. She was diligent and was willing to go the extra mile for our work when necessary.

      It was a pleasure to work with Ming and my trip would not have been as successful without her help.

      Ming is very knowledgeable + resourceful. Ming's English is very good and is good at finding out how to translate anything. She was very helpful and patient when trying to explain Chinese to an only English speaking person like myself. I will definitely recommend her to anybody that needs to do business in China. She knows how to find accomodations, restaurants, nightlife, tourist+leisure activities. She is well educated on China's history and the historical significance of locations throughout the city.
