    • Claudia served as an excellent interpreter, she was friendly, very clearly understanding how to translate between Chinese and English, including communication styles because even when speaking with Chinese clients in English having her as an interpreter made communication clear and free of misunderstandings, which could have cost of both time and money.

      I recommend Claudia as an interpreter and believe she'd be a great asset to whomever she might work with.

    • We recently had the pleasure of working with Claudia, whom served as our interpreter upon our visit to a Samsung sub-branch in Shanghai.

      Even though staff at the plant could hold basic conversations in English, when moving towards more complex topics such presenting technical details of cables and their creation process, because of language barriers and communication style differences we would have been unable to truly get informed and make our visit useful.

      Claudia was luckily effortlessly able to ensure communication between both American and Chinese staff went through smoothly, not just because of language skills but because she clearly had previous experience with factory visits and knew what to present to allow us to accurately assess factory quality levels.
      Because of her able to get key insights making our trip absolutely worth it, which would not have possible without Claudia
