1. What is IVA service?
IVA (International Valuable Assistant).
The world is shrinking and the Chinese market is now open to all, when you do business in/with china, IVA will act as your own business interpreter, assistant, secretary, a buying agent. NOT ONLY help you overcome the language barrier and cultural differences, ALSO stand your side to protect your interests in business processing.

4. What is Trust Points (TP)?
In order to offer a honesty, risk-free service for our clients, Every IVA has to provide related certificate ( ID Card, Passport, Degree Certificate, Driving License...) for verifying.
Furthermore, IVAs will try their best to offer best service for clients. If you are satisfied with IVA's service, you are expected to write a review for her/his service, a positive feedback will make IVA gain 100 TP, so your feedback is key to influence the IVA's future chance. [Top]

5. Is it safe when I place order onine with my credit card
Security Guarantee!
To protect your privacy we use highly secure order processing provided by third-party billing company. This means your credit card information is entered using a secure server, and transferred internally using PGP, the most powerful encryption available. Your customer details may not be sold or made available to anyone else. [Top]

6. My schedule has not been fixed yet, may I call you for hiring an IVA when I arrive in China?
Yes, you can do it. But we are not sure a right IVA is still available for your urgent project so you are strongly advised to make everything fine in advance, then IVA can prepare your project in advance, and s/he does a better job for you. [Top]

7. I don't have hotel info yet, can I post a project?
Yes, you can do it with "have not yet" instead of hotel name when you post a project. [Top]

8. Why is my project not showed your website?
The most common reason is that you have posted an illegal project or including a contact information on our site. That is not allowed. Contact us and we will work on making your project available on our website. [Top]

9. How do I edit a project I already started?
Since service providers( IVA ) based their bids on the project description, so we don't allow changes on projects after bidding started. It's possible to add additional information. When you do this, all providers who already made a bid will be notified. [Top]

10. Can I cancel a project?
Yes, you can cancel a project if you think it is not necessary any more. please feel free to let us know your idea via email. [Top]

11. How many hours does one day mean?
one day <= 8 hours, 0.5 day <= 4 hours. [Top]

12. Total costs associated with our service?
A. Service charge.
B. For gold member, ten credits will be charged from your account for viewing one IVA's contact information.
C. Daily cost (all activities within the service duration, like transportation, work meals,etc.for "out-of-town" , accommodation costs will be paid by the client) [Top]

13. Can I have a receipt for my buying service from Freeiva, Co.Ltd. ?
Yes, you can receive a receipt for your buying service. We can send a copy of receipt to you via E-mail before starting service, and the original receipt can be sent to your hotel according to your request, and you can get it when you check in hotel.

14. Why no response come after I post my request?
It's our policy to send you acknowledgement as soon as possible, and the maximum duration for response is 24 hours. If your request has not been showed on Freeiva.Please check it whether including illegal comment or not.Otherwise,please contact us by other means of communication. ( info@freeiva.com ) [Top]

15. How much in advance do I need to confirm a suitable IVA?
You are advised to confirm your favorite IVA as early as you can. And when you confirm an IVA and transfer the deposits, then IVA will save all days for your project in advance, and s/he can not serve other clients in that period. [Top]

16. What are my legal responsibilities?
You are expected to comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China and to take full and sole legal responsibility for all activities in connection with Freeiva's service within China. We DO NOT tolerate any sexual or romantic advances towards IVA. Any misconduct will be reported to local police,meanwhile IVA has right to stop service and there will be no refund for unused services. [Top]
