The best section of great wall, Mu Tian Yu Great Wall

Last week I took my client to visit the one of the well know Great Wall sections that call MuTianYu Great Wall. The reason that I choose to MuTianyu Great wall is because there is less people in Mutianyu great wall than the Badaling great wall, and is much more easier than the tourists to take the photograph and is more relax. Locates in Huai Rou County, Mutianyu greatwall is about 70 km northeast of Beijing City Center. It takes about almost 2 hours from Beijing city Center to MuTian Yu great wall by driving a car.

Mutianyu Great wall has been renovated, and is not difficult to climb, and if the tourists really want to save the energy and do not want to climb the mountain, and they can take the cable ca, and the only takes about 5 minutes from bottom of the mountain to the top of the mountain if the people take cable car to access.

Mutian Yu great wall has longer history than Badaling great wall, and it had built in Qi Dynasty about 2000 years ago, and it had been renovated during the Ming Dynasty base on the previous great wall, and it preserve very well until today. Because they put lots of money, effort and time to reconstruct the Mu Tian Yu Great wall, and the Mu Tian Yu Great become the best quality among all the other sections of the great wall.

The best season for visiting Mutianyu is on April, May, September and October, and during days the weather is perfect, and is not too cold or not too hot, but please do not visit this great wall during the holiday like Labor days on May (May 1st, May 2nd, May 3th), and Chinese National Holiday on October (from October 1st to 7th), and there are many people visit the great all and is too crowded for sure.

The operation hours is from 8:00am to 5:00pm everyday and the ticket price is 45 RMB, and if you want to take the cable car, then the cost is 125 per person.

It is much more better if you can rent a car and go to the Mu Tian Yu Great Wall with your client, because if you take the public transportation tool that you waste you so much time, but if you rent a car or van, and you can visit forbidden city and the great wall on the same day.
