IVA No: 14056I was with Jack for three days as we visited factories in the Zhejiang province. When you spend that much time with someone and have to rely on them for transportation and interpretation you tend to get a good feel for them as a person. So I can comfortably say that meeting Jack was probably the single best thing that I got out of this trip. He was always on time, did a great job working with me to deal with different factories and he was very forward thinking. More than once he provided feedback that was invaluable whether it was regarding a product or about a trip detail that I had overlooked. I now have a trusted contact in the area where many of my products are manufactured and have already contacted Jack for some follow up work with prospective factories. Highly recommended. (As an added bonus he was a very safe driver)

He checked random products, he unpacked some and put batteries inside to check they worked properly, he tested components of other products and sent me photographs, a video and a details report. Jack met some of the staff and also looked over the factory and give me his assessment on their operation. Jack did everything I requested and more.
Jack's conduct was extremely professional and I was very happy he was representing me and my company in such a professional manner.
