An enjoyable 2 days. Catherine has teadly adapted to my very busy schedule. Extremelly diligent and able to advise on services. Catherine will be an asset to the Agency. Her language skills, write good, improved hourly with practise. Thank you for the accommodation.

Dear Catherine, I am very sorry for the delay. Due to my busy schedule it was not possible for me to react earlier. Below my input General: Our correspondence to prepare my visit was good and had given me the confidence that my business trip would have the correct focus. Your personal company and support from and to the airport was excellent. Our conversation in English was fine, however due to the fact that your voice is soft it was difficult to understand you in a noisy environment. Tasks during my stay: The translation and chosen lay out for the Chinese letter was very professional. Your contacts and performance with the manufactures at the auto trade was outstanding and was beyond my expectation. To hear that you already visited the show as preparation was fantastic. Your introduction and the way you presented our letter to the responsible person of the stand with the request to hand the letter over to management was very well. Our visit to a original Chinese tea house was a special experience which I never forget and I am pleased we did this. Conclusion: You absolutely have the capacities to offer support to diverse branches as a IVA! When we will visit your city again, we again will ask your support. I would like to thank Catherine very much for her kindness and her hospitality during my visit to Chengdu. Although the business meeting was attended by fluent English speakers I was very glad that she was there to ensure the discussions went smoothly. I also want to thank her for showing me around the city and giving me a good flavor of Chengdu in the past as well as the present and particularly for the tea culture and the visit to the tea shop which was very special and memorable. If I come to Chengdu again I will certainly be looking to use her services again.
