We recently took a trip to Shanghai and required the services of an IVA through Freeiva.com. We were teamed up with Amanda, who met us at the Pudong airport. Although I usually travel China on my own, using my limited Chinese language, I was pleasantly surprised how much faster it was to resolve problems with Amanda's help.
