She was exceptionally quick to learn about my products for my trade show, and I am confident she “sold” to some potential new clients. She asked plenty of questions to make sure she understood the product we are working with the trade show. Her language skills made it very easy to communicate and work with the clients I needed to speak with.
On the last day she took me sightseeing around Beijing. Her knowledge of the city and history was fantastic, as if having my own private tour guide. The entire 5 days she was on time and ready to work with a smile, the work ethic is far surpassed my expectations.
Overall Ardak was a pleasure to spend time with during my visit to China. I would not hesitate to use her for future visits for all my translation or tour needs. I would also recommend her to anyone I knew was heading to Beijing and needed this type of service.

Her biggest asset, in my opinion, is her high level of English fluency along with her ability to quickly understand what you're trying to communicate, and to translate it both fast, accurately, and clearly. During her services, there was not a moment I had to repeat myself, or she had to repeat herself, to make sure we all were in the same page in terms of the message to be communicated.
