She promptly replied to my e-mail request and we planned my itinerary by e-mail prior to my arrival in Shanghai. She arrived at my hotel right on time on the day of our tour, and we spent the entire day using the metro and walking in Shanghai. Laura was very professional and took me to all the places that I wanted to see. Her English is excellent and she has a lot of knowledge about Shanghai and the sites that we visited. Laura is very energetic and enthusiastic about her work as a tour guide. As a result of her efforts, I had a very positive experience in Shanghai. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in touring Shanghai.
