I have more than five years working experience in trading fields. these experience gives me rich knowledge of foreign trade industry, and also good communication skills in dealing with suppliers/factories.
Job Responsibilities:
--Coordinate and monitor the entire process of developing the proto sample and to ensure that the proto sample is made according to the customers specification and artwork.
--Order follow up,from sampling to bulk order to ensure the delivery.
--Negotiate sample and production lead time with factories.
--Development of the supplier database.
--Visit various factories to sort out merchandising issues with them on spot.
--Cooridinate with QC and venders to ensure quality to meet with customer’s standard.
Other Duties:
--Sourcing for particular items requested by customer.
--Responsible for entire process of import and export.including prepare Customs Clearance Documents,handle routine communications with forwarders concerning goods shipment/delivery issues.
--Office administrative affaire.
Personal Skills:
--Rich knowledge in Foreign trade industry
--Good command of spoken and written English
--Good PC sill,including MS Word,MS Excel and Email
--Familiar with products sourcing
--Independent,with good communication skill
--Good team player
