1.I was in Weifang city of China just 2 days ago attending a business meeting with Mr. Boyer from California, USA. According to the tight schedule of his trip, we have to meet more than 7 suppliers for a whole day within just 9 hours(one hour for each). I assisted them to understand each other in the whole process based on every detail and misunderstanding point. Since I was working as a product searcher before, I have a good knowledge and understanding about production&export process and some specialized vocabulary.
What I did is to pick him up in the airport, jump in the car, and get to know what I need to do within one hour into the a town 100kms away from Qingdao. He is involved in shoes and boot business.Under my good communication ability and easy-going personality, the whole process was going smoothly for the whole day and finished earlier than planned even it is a very tight schedule, finally I assisted to find a car to drive us back to Qingdao, Since he was flying back to Guangzhou. The whole meeting was successful and it was a pleasant process that we both enjoy as well.
2. Same as my description as above, I was assisting Mr. Jim from America(Chicago),who is involved in purchasingpartners Group in USA. He is working on household steel tube(the steel system which is settled up in the house ceiling to collect all the electric pipes or systems)We visited 3 manufactures totally and had a nice business dinner with suppliers. His attention was more the discussion of payment items in production items. I was the interpreter to promote understanding between him and the manufacture. We finished the mission before evening time and I sent him back to the airport flying to Xiamen.
