    Hello, dear customer, this is Nina from Shenzhen China. Thanks for reading my page. Here is a brief introduction about me.

    I speak excellent English, quick learning, quick understanding, and efficient execution in work. My customers say I am very professional. I think my greatest characteristic is being honest and responsible.

    I have worked as a freelance for 6 years, involved in business interpreter, sourcing agent, and part time tour guide. When work as sourcing agent, I mainly work online helping customer source new product or new factory, and besides online sourcing, I help customer collect samples, check quality, ship samples, do factory audit and goods inspection.

    Sometimes I also do market research for customers who want to develop China market. When work as interpreter, I accompany customers to visit factories, markets, and trade shows such as Guangzhou Canton Fair, Shenzhen Jewelry Fair, and Hongkong Fair. When work as part time tour guide, I show customers around Shenzhen to enjoy the best attractions, do shopping, try local food, and also help book hotel and arrange private car for convenient travel in the city including airport pick up.

    Furthermore, I also have some good experiences to help oversea customers who promote their property projects in China, and try my best to assist them to find good buyers in China.

    6 years ago, I was an export sales working in factory with plenty of experience in exporting and very professional in the whole trade procedures from inquiry, price, sample, order, production, quality control, till shipping and export documentation. I naturally try to work on details and coordinate with customer and factory efficiently for guaranteeing correct production and prompt delivery. I have dealt with different products such as CD/camera bags, clothes, pet products, hotel supplies, fashion jewelry, phone/tablet accessories, toys, bedding, etc. And have been to Germany and USA for business trip. There was a customer from my former company who tried many times to invite me to join their team with good position and good pay. But I declined because I did not want to betray my former company and turn my role from his supplier to be his employee, though I really really appreciate their trust.



    The key reason why many customers trust me I think may be because I always try to think carefully, focus on timing, and communicate in detail for avoiding mistakes and unnecessary loss. I may report to them promptly and professionally with clear information, such as easy understanding inspection report, very detailed inspection photos with necessary remarks and honest suggestions. I go to factory as their eyes and their hands. They say I am responsible, professional, efficient, and hard working (as I always keep my word and may reply them very fast or very "late" in very late night. I do believe God rewards the diligent :)

    • In short I’d give Nina my highest recommendation. You will not go wrong.

      I hired Nina to act as a translator and assistant for three days in China (at the Canton Fair and on factory visits). It is worth noting this was my first trip to China and our company’s first time sourcing. We were looking for a very specific item to supplement a paid business-to-business software platform. We had already done our homework and received samples from multiple factories. We were new to the activity, but we were also walking in prepared.

      I reached out to about ten FreeIVA contractors with a concise but detailed description of the trip, its purpose, and what assistance I would need. I received four replies from contractors. Nina’s response was definitely the best. It was spot-on, answering specific questions that I had asked and adding additional details. So I gave her the job. And that was the pattern I saw again and again over our three days in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Nina not only did the expected things (translation, advice on sourcing, cautionary statements on questionable factories) but she was constantly adding value and efficiency.

      Nina took the time to truly understand the product we were trying to source. If I forgot important questions in a conversation with a factory, she politely and correctly jumped in to ensure we got the information we needed.

      Here’s a specific example to illustrate my statements above. Half-way through our third day we had our favorite two factories and a shortlist of fallback factories. I expected a slow afternoon as we just closed up some conversations with a couple factories. Instead, Nina went to work. She compiled a grid of all candidate factories and the 12+ important details we needed to know form each. She went factory booth to factory booth and collected the specific details we were missing from each factory. She even pushed to ensure we would receive samples quickly from the top-of-list factories (the ones from whom we didn’t already have samples).

      Nina could do all this because she took the time and effort to understand the product we were looking for, why we needed it, and how it would work with our platform.

      And, again, Nina gets my highest recommendation.
