I am extremely pleased with Phia's performances. She helped me complete every important project I needed to do within my four day time limit. She can speak English very well. And she is very familiar with Haikou. Whenever I made a request, Phia located the business quickly which is important because we had so much to do. Phia also did an outstanding job whenever she represented me for a conversation or business transaction. Several times Phia saved me quite a bit of money by negotiating with the sales people. Every place we traveled to, Phia took time to explain many customs or business procedures and she was able to answer all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Phia's services to anyone looking for a guide in China. I am a very demanding business professional and I would give Phia a ten out ten for performance. I could not have expected anything better.

Susan was a tremendous guide. Her English was wonderful and knowledge of culture was fantastic. Our next trip back to Shanghai will include Susan as our guide again. She is the best guide we have ever used.

I'm a US filmmaker who visited several cities in China in preparation for a coming film. I fortunately contracted Mandy to provide translation, tour, and business arrangement services. She was amazing! Mandy's English is great - we had no communication problems. Her attitude was so enjoyable and refreshing (much more friendly and upbeat than most). After my departure, Mandy also made some additional business contacts and arrangements for my company, and she did so in a professional manner. I recommend Mandy very highly!

Sissi was very professional and competent, she did all she could to help me whilst dealing with business in China. Her English is very good and I would recommend her as a professionl and leisure guide as well.
