The tasks with which she had to cope went well beyond that of a tour guide as it required her to help plan and execute a bilateral, US-China scientific workshop, in addition to guiding us to meetings around the city. The days were both long and demanding. Our work or evening touring of sites often went late into the night and she never complained. She is thorough in her work and she always kept a positive attitude. She helped us solve many challenges along the way. Without her help, our week would have been far more difficult.
