Doris was very motivated to show us all aspects of the the Chinese culture from the most historical to the most common. She spoke excellent English and was very personable and bonded with our entire group within the first several hours of meeting her. She did an excellent job of planning the itinerary of sites that we had expressed an interest in visiting, in addition to adding some that she thought we would be interested in seeing. Rain was conscientious. In Beijing, She was amazingly fluent and also had considerable skill, even with colloquial English. She seemed very knowledgeable about her home town. We asked a lot of questions and got good answers.
The driver should be congratulated for driving skillfully in that awful traffic. Our driver in Beijing was the most careful. The car was clean, both inside and outside.
